   Structural desktop review, crane radius check from the adjacent street, planning pathway confirmed against the City of Parramatta LEP.

   Owners corporation

   Scenario assumes a special resolution passed at a general meeting after two information sessions and independent legal advice.

   Design & approval

   Setback design to sit below the sightline from the street; development application lodged with structural and acoustic reports.

4. 4

   Manufacture

   Module built offsite while approvals progress — roughly 12 weeks on the production line.

5. 5

   Install

   Single-day crane lift under a road-occupancy permit, followed by services connection and fit-off.
